Before using our online editor, you need to select your preferences on our product page. From our editor, you can upload your photos and design your product.
For a better user experience, we recommend you work on your project using desktops and tablets. The following browsers are compatible with our online editor:
- Google Chrome (highly recommended)
- Apple Safari
- Mozilla Firefox
All photos within your galleries will also be stored in the editor.
You can use multiple browsers to work on your projects, so long as it is under the same account. However, please do not open all your browsers on the same page at one time.
Under the “My Projects” page, click on the icon at the bottom right of the project you want to share.
Invitees will not be able to edit your project.
Your customised designs may be subjected to additional charges (due to more time needed to coordinate these changes) and our service availability.
To toggle the warning off, resize the photo to a smaller size or replace it with a higher resolution photo.
However, you may choose to ignore the low resolution warning and the photo will be printed as it is. Bear in mind that your photos will be printed in accordance to the resolution of the photos you provide in the upload. It is not p;log’s responsibility to cross-check the quality of your uploads.
Yes, you can*. However, please ensure that your file is optimised for printing. Carefully check that your file is:
- Sized to A4- Saved in PNG/PDF format
- Included with 5mm bleed on all sides to prevent under or over-trimming of your pages

The only restriction is that you should not populate same page at same time. Instead, work on different pages at the same time.
2. Choose your class and preferred cover type for your yearbook.
3. Login or create an account with us to proceed to order summary.
4. Within the order summary page, select your quantity and mode of delivery.
Carefully check that:
- You have correctly selected your preferred yearbook class and cover type,
- Your delivery address has been entered correctly, and
- Your order quantity is correct.
Order cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted after payment is made. Incorrect orders may be subjected to delivery delays and additional surcharges.
5. Proceed to payment.
Alternatively, you can view your order history under the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Upon “Checkout”, you need to fill in your shipping details before entering your promo
code.
Please remember to click “Apply”. Your promo code will be reflected before you proceed
to payment.
We will not accept any promo codes once your order has been confirmed.
Please note that only 1 promo code can be applied per order.
Order cancellations or amendments will NOT be accepted once payment is made. Prior to carting out, users are advised to check their project carefully and ensure that:
• Yearbook pages are in the correct order
• Page designs are kept within the safe area (unless intentionally placed for creative purposes)
• There are no mistakes in text or graphics
• Your ordered quantity of yearbooks is correct
If you require assistance to check your work, please write to us at hello@plogyearbook.com BEFORE checking out your item. Once your order has been placed, we can no longer assist you with any project changes or cancellations.
The estimated production lead times of our yearbooks is 8 working days, which may or may not be extended depending on the volume of orders. Please also allow an additional day for delivery.
In order to avoid delays, we advise that all parents place orders for their yearbooks as soon as possible, or at least 14 days before the date of school closure.
Our shipping fees range from $3.00 to $30.00 depending on your order.
We no longer allow order expeditions.
All yearbooks now have an estimated production lead time of 8 working days + 1 day delivery that may or may not be extended depending on the volume of orders and the date of your order placement.
If you require your yearbook to be delivered early, we advise that you place your order at least 14 days before school closure to avoid potential delays. If you choose not to do so, the waiting time for your yearbooks is liable to being increased to 10 working days.

4. Drag and drop your desired image from the tab into your yearbook pages.

1. Drag and drop your desired photo from your desktop and directly into your yearbook pages.
HEIC images may take a slightly longer time to convert and upload.
As our software is unable to directly retrieve PDF images, you need to drag and drop them from your folder to our online editor.
For images on Google Drive, please download the files to your computer before uploading them to our editor.
For larger-size products like canvas, we recommend an image resolution of at least 150DPI.
If the photo resolution is too low, our editor will signal a warning on your photograph. To resolve this, compress your photograph or replace it with a higher resolution image.
You may choose to ignore the low-resolution warning and proceed to print your project. However, your photos will be printed based on the image resolution you have uploaded. p;log will not be responsible to check the quality of your images.
There is no limit to the number of images you want to upload to the editor and store in
your gallery.
Please try not to upload more than 50 images at one time, as this may slow down the
uploading process.
The pink "safe area" line designates the area where you should keep all your page content in order to avoid them being trimmed off in the printing process.
However, for cover pages, please ensure that you extend your background image to the very edge of the full art board, UNLESS you wish to have white borders in your final cover design for creative purposes.

You can use any number of pages, so long as the total number of pages is divisible by 4.
This is to ensure a balanced number of pages for binding.
To add, rearrange or delete pages within your photo book, click on “Organise” on the
bottom left of the editor.
Please note that the pages can only be organised as a spread (i.e., the two facing pages
cannot be re-arranged separately).
No, you cannot edit or remove our company logo as it is part of our branding.
This page
will not be counted in the overall price of your product.
